TCGD had recently installed new garage doors for the Gleneagle Condos. Had a problem opening the door and couldn't get my car out! Since all installers were out, John the Office Guy came to the rescue. The problem was with something other than the garage door, but John not only fixed it for me, he did it with a very big smile! I just wanted to express how very impressed I am with your service dept. I had a new garage door installed over a year ago. Well the bar that is attached to the cables broke in two. It appears it was rubbing on a metal bracket and simply was cut in two due to wear. I called your company and explained the problem. The service manager was very polite and professional. He told me that he would get a service tech out right away and the next day I came home from work and everything was repaired. What fantastic service and even though we were out of warranty there was no charge as it was pretty clear a defect or installation problem occurred. We just had two new garage doors installed. They were installed on the date promised and they look great. Our installer (Alfredo) did a wonderful job. He worked until 8:00pm to complete the job! Even though it was late in the evening, he didn't cut corners by reusing the old hardware. We are very pleased with the entire experience and will recommend TCGD to our friends and family. My new garage door looks wonderful! - so nice and quiet too. I'm not good at remembering names but I think it was Josh that installed = all alone. I thought it would take 2 guys.
